1. Acknowledgment of Risk

• I understand that participation in ATV and UTV guided tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: rough terrain, collisions, overturning, mechanical failure, weather conditions, and actions of other participants.
• I acknowledge that these activities may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.

2. Assumption of Risk

• I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity, fully aware of the risks involved.
• I accept full responsibility for my own safety and any consequences arising from participation.

3. Release of Liability

• In consideration of being permitted to join Trails and Thrills Adventures tours, I hereby release, waive  and discharge Trails and Thrills Adventures, its owners, guides, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation.
• This release applies to negligence, accidents, or any other cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Indemnification

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trails and Thrills Adventures against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my participation.
• I accept responsibility for any damage to equipment or property caused by my actions.

5. Health & Safety Declaration

• I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to safely operate an ATV or UTV.
• I agree to wear all required safety gear, including helmet and protective equipment, and to follow all instructions provided by guides.

6. Rules & Conduct

• I agree to operate vehicles responsibly, obey all safety instructions, and refrain from reckless behavior.
• I understand that Trails and Thrills Adventures reserves the right to terminate my participation if I fail to comply.

7. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
